1. No Returns or Refunds

At House of Mantara, we do not accept product returns or provide refunds.

Exchanges are only offered if the product you received is defective, damaged, expired, or contaminated (e.g., mold, fungi, or other quality issues).


2. Eligibility for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The issue must be clearly documented with photos or videos.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and not consumed or used beyond what is necessary to identify the defect.


3. Non-eligible Situations

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • You simply changed your mind or no longer want the product.

  • The product was damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery.

  • The product has been partially consumed or tampered with.


4. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@houseofmantara.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Provide your order number, transaction ID, and clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm if the exchange is approved.

  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange and cover the shipping cost in case of defective/damaged products.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with the product upon delivery, you must follow the exchange process above.
